Kai Ritzke

Director, Hamburg Elbchaussee

Kai Ritzke studied architecture in Hanover and Zurich and joined gmp in 1994, where he has primarily been responsible for public-sector building projects. Notable projects under his direction include the outfitting assembly hall for the Airbus A380 in Hamburg, the Pioneer School in Ingolstadt, the training hall of the State Fire Brigade School in Würzburg, and the maintenance and repair center at Ingolstadt-Manching Airfield. Currently, Kai Ritzke is leading the new construction and conversion of the Columbus Cruise Terminal in Bremerhaven, the new Digital Technology Building at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt, as well as several projects for the German Armed Forces.
