Office Building of Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) at Eisenzahnstrasse
Gallery
The office building in the Eisenzahnstrasse is designed in a six-story spine-and-fingers layout on the elongated corner plot of a building ensemble. The work areas around the courtyard gardens can be flexibly organized as open-plan or cellular offices, whereas the building section facing the street accommodates team and cellular offices as well as common areas. Continuous bands of windows enliven the facade through the color gradations in the anodized finish and their interaction with the brick masonry.
