The design and form of the building is based on the tapering site between Heilbronner Straße and Presselstraße and on the surrounding urban con-text. The building's shape resembles a rectangular volume, marking the beginning of the adjacent office blocks. Solid façades and glazed winter gardens are positioned along the busy Heilbronner Straße, whilst offices, that are located around open courts, look down onto the city center. The building's sharp profile towards the fork in the street emphasizes the theme of the building - solid façade on one side and a glazed surface on the other. Glazed halls connect the offices which are orientated towards the city with Heilbronner Straße and protect the work spaces from traffic emissions and house generous staircases for circulation. The view from Heilbronner Straße to Rosensteinpark remains open. The closure of the roof parapet with an "air beam" frames the triangular form.
The flexible building design allows usage by third parties; secondary rooms such as tea kitchens and toilets are located towards Heilbronner Straße, the adjacent office spaces are freely dividable. A distinct quality in an area otherwise characterized by numerous office buildings, is the staff restau-rant, which takes advantage of the landscape court.
