Since 2023, Jan Blasko has been a Partner at gmp. After completing his architectural studies at TU Darmstadt, he began his professional career at the Hamburg office and was based in gmp’s Shanghai office from 2006 to 2009. Since then, he has led numerous national and international projects, particularly in the fields of infrastructure, high-rise, and educational buildings. Projects completed under his leadership include Nanchang East Railway Station, Nanjing Financial City I and II, the expansion of the Neuburg campus of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, as well as the first public-sector IPD project in the field of building construction in Germany: the 3 Schools Bremerhaven. Jan Blasko also has an additional qualification as a Real Estate Economist and serves as an expert in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and transport infrastructure.
