Nadja Stachowski studied architecture at BTU Cottbus and joined gmp · von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects in 2017. Before taking over as Head of Human Resources in 2026, she led the Business Development team at the Berlin office and was responsible for the acquisition of new projects and strategic planning, as well as networking, UN Global Compact reporting, ESG management, and organizing cross-location knowledge sharing. In both her previous and current roles, Nadja Stachowski is dedicated to employee development and equal opportunity.
