Jochen Köhn joined gmp in 1991 while still studying architecture at RWTH Aachen University. Since 2025, he has been a Partner and is, among other responsibilities, in charge of contract management and fee structures as well as personnel development at the Berlin office. In a project leadership role, he has overseen major projects including Neue Messe Leipzig, the refurbishment and modernization of Berlin Olympic Stadium, the comprehensive renovation of the Deutsche Bank high-rise towers in Frankfurt am Main, the FIFA World Cup stadiums in South Africa, Brazil, and Russia, as well as the construction of Berlin Brandenburg Airport Willy Brandt.
